Check what Headcore understood
Headcore shows what it made of your request and what suppliers will see. You confirm or correct it before anything goes out; if the description is broad, it asks a follow-up question.

It reaches the right suppliers
The request goes to the companies that do that specific work, within reach of your site.

Suppliers respond
Suppliers are notified by email and decide for themselves whether the work fits. Each response explains how they would approach the job.

You choose
You compare the responses and reveal who you are only to the suppliers you pick. Contact and contracting happen directly between the two companies; Headcore is not part of the deal.
