Posting a request is free. Suppliers pay only when they choose to respond, one token per response. There is no subscription.

You describe what you need in plain language. Headcore works out what the job involves and puts it in front of the companies that do that work, within reach. You stay anonymous until you choose to reveal who you are.

That is up to the suppliers: each decides for itself whether a request is worth answering. Headcore makes sure your request reaches the companies that do that work; it cannot promise how many will respond, or when.

No. Headcore does not check or approve the technical quality of companies. It puts a request in front of the companies that do that kind of work, and you decide who to talk to, the way you would with any new supplier.

No. Headcore makes the introduction and steps out: you contact each other directly and agree your own terms. There is no commission on the work you win; a response costs one token.

No. There is no sponsored placement and no paid ranking, and we do not run advertising on the platform. A supplier reaches a request because of the work it does, not because of what it spends.

Give us your website and describe what you do in your own words. Headcore builds a profile of the work you do for you to confirm. It takes a few minutes.

Yes. Every company on Headcore is both: the same account posts requests and responds to them.

Buyers are anonymous by default. Suppliers see the request, not who posted it. You decide when, and to which supplier, you reveal your company: a deliberate, one-way choice, never automatic.

A request is shared with the suppliers it is matched to, so they can decide whether to respond. Our terms forbid them from publishing it or passing it on.

AI reads your request so you can write what you need instead of filling in a form. You confirm it before it goes out, and you can ask us to explain any automated outcome and have a person review it.

Every request to the platform is checked for who is asking and what they may see. Sessions are re-validated against the database every few minutes, so removing someone's access takes effect almost immediately. Code and dependencies are scanned for known weaknesses, repeated attempts are rate limited, and significant actions are recorded so we can see who did what, and when.

Headcore International B.V. in the Netherlands is responsible for your data, and we never sell it. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Tag Manager to measure how the public site is used. The privacy notice sets out what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

Headcore is open to companies in South Africa, where we work with local partners. The platform is in English. If your company is somewhere else, join the waitlist and we will tell you when we open there.
